Personal Information the App Collects

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, including theme information and related store configuration data made available through Shopify's read_themes access scope. We use this information to assess theme compatibility and help you set up the Reorder Pro app block and related theme integration.

Additionally, once you have installed the App, we may collect personal information from you and from users who access the App on behalf of your store, including your name, email address, shop domain, support communications, and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and diagnostic events. The App is not designed to independently collect personal information from your customers.

We collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, and automatically through your use of the App.

We and our service providers may use log files and similar diagnostic technologies to track actions related to the App and collect data such as IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring and exit pages, and date and time stamps. Cookies or similar technologies may also be used where necessary to maintain secure sessions, support core App functionality, and monitor service performance.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the Service and operate the App, including to authenticate App access, assess theme compatibility, support App setup, maintain the App, and respond to support requests.

Additionally, we use this personal information to communicate with you, optimize or improve the App, monitor reliability and security, investigate fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
